TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pursuant to the provisions of Spain’s Act 34/2002, regarding Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, LSSICE), URBAN PLANET ENTERTAINMENT S.L. hereby informs Users of the General Terms and Conditions of the services offered in this Website (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”).
These General Conditions describe the terms applicable to Users’ browsing and their use of this Website, www.thestradclub.com (the Website), in accordance with the provisions of Spain’s applicable law.
As URBAN PLANET ENTERTAINMENT S.L. may modify this General Conditions in the future, it is recommended that Users regularly check the content thereof, so that they are always aware of any changes made thereto.
This Website belongs to URBAN PLANET ENTERTAINMENT S.L. (hereinafter, also Urban Planet), with registered office at Calle Rafael Boti, nº2, C.P. 28023, Madrid, and with Tax Identification number B-87223822, entered in the Registry of Companies of Madrid, in Tome 33220, Folio 186, Section 8, Sheet M 597848.
1.- Purpose of the Conditions and Online Registration and operation of the Website.
1.1. The purpose of these General Conditions is to provide information on the conditions applicable to using and booking the services, which may be accessed through the online form.
1.2. The Website contains information on the services provided in the “The Strad Club” establishments owned by Urban Planet. These leisure establishments provide catering services and areas for darts and ping pong games, under a single roof. Dart games may be booked by phone, through an online form, through authorised web support or in person.
1.3. Users who have registered on line may book a dart game and/or book a table for lunch or for dinner, as explained in the online booking policy below.
1.4. Browsing the Website and hiring the services offered on the Platform imply acceptance by Users, without reservations, of these General Conditions as a whole.
2.- Online booking policy.
Users may book a dart game to play for no less than 30 minutes and no more than two hours, depending on the number of players. The price per game varies depending on whether the game is played before or after 7pm and/or on weekdays or at week-ends:
Monday to Thursday, before 7pm – €12
Monday to Thursday, after 7pm – €15
Friday to Sunday, before 4pm – €12
Friday to Sunday, after 4pm – €15
The week-end rates shown above also apply to bank holidays.
These prices are also applicable to ping pong tables.
2.2. Early cancellation:
Cancellation is free, and 100% of the amount paid upon booking will be refunded, provided that forty-eight (48) hours’ prior notice is given.
If cancellation is notified between 48 and 12 hours before the time booked, 50% of the amount previously paid for food, drinks and games will be refunded, and the remaining 50% will be used as deposit for a future visit.
No refund will be due if bookings are cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice.
If the number of persons is reduced, the booking will be adjusted as per the conditions. Should it be necessary to adjust the previously-paid amount, the User may always choose (i) either to receive a refund in the form of a gift card to be used during a future visit (ii) or to keep the amount as credit to be used during the visit.
2.3. Grace period:
Users are recommended to arrive fifteen (15) minutes before the time booked.
If a User fails to show up 15 minutes after the scheduled starting time, a courtesy call will be made to the User asking him/her to confirm whether or not he/she will show up and use the table booked.
Those 15 minutes will count as booked time. Therefore, if the same table has been booked for a later time by a different user, it will not be possible to use those 15 minutes.
If the table is free after the booking has finished, it will be for the manager or the person in charge at that time to decide whether to extend the booking time for 15 minutes at no extra charge or to terminate the booking without extending it beyond the original time limit.
If a User fails to show up 30 minutes after the scheduled starting time, the booking will be cancelled and the table will be released. It will then be possible to offer that table as a walk-in table until the next booking.
If the table had been booked together with any prepaid food or drinks, the User shall not be entitled to receive any kind of refund.
If deemed expedient, the managers of the establishment may report the issue to the head office in the event of doubt or disagreement.
3.- Booking of private and semi-private areas
The Strad Club establishments have rooms which may be booked by Users with the aim of holding events, training, coaching or team-building sessions, etc.

4.3. It is forbidden for minor children to access and use the Website without the consent of their parents or guardians. Users who make a booking must be of legal age.
